WATER GARDEN
When the homeowners bought the original residence, the adjacent property was available for sale. After acquiring the additional lot and combining them, Geesey Architects designed two additional cottage suites and a large open air pavilion intended for entertaining. The design blends the two properties with complimentary water features and lush gardens connected by lawn and pathways. The rainfall sound of the water features is a unifying element throughout the property.
